Editorial
Where every other discipline meets: writing, photography, layout and the judgment to know which story earns the cover.
My introduction to media was high school yearbook, as co-editor-in-chief. It’s where I first felt what it meant to hold the physical product of something I’d helped build, and it shaped everything after: two college magazines led, two newsrooms, an indie zine and a family business’s first magazine in development.

Selected to represent Cal State Fullerton at the College Media Association Conference in New York City, for both Tusk and ProComm.
The conference brings together students from across the country with interest, passion and experience in all forms of media production. The bustle and speed of the city left nearly no time for the staff of Tusk, ProComm and The Daily Titan to rest, and the trip ended in Times Square, shooting the ProComm cover on the last night.

“The best cinema, the best stories, are when they’re trying to find the truth.”
When Jon M. Chu visited Cal State Fullerton on Sept. 18, 2025, I interviewed him in front of a live audience for Tusk, and the conversation was featured on Titan TV. Destiny Morris and I wrote the feature together, two Wicked fans getting to hear from the director himself.
