Events

A good event should feel calm, intentional and personal, and outlast the night it happened on.

Launch parties, a Comm Week talk, a national conference and service days with local nonprofits: planned, hosted, decorated and documented. The instinct started in hospitality, as Guest Experience Coordinator at Olive Garden.

Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026 · Starlight Triangle Cinemas

Invited to photograph the Australian Spotlight at the Newport Beach Film Festival.

The 27th annual Newport Beach Film Festival, Southern California’s largest film festival, brings a brand new Australian Spotlight: a screening, a celebration of Aussie culture, independent filmmakers and local communities, then an after-party.

I was invited to come photograph the night. The teaser playing here was made by @nbffaustralian.

CMA 2026: a diary, on Instagram

A carousel I designed for ProComm Magazine: the trip told as a scrapbook of postcards, tickets and polaroids.

The @commcsuf department truly can take you places... @collegemedia association conference in New York City, is a place for students from across the country with interest, passion and experience in all forms of media production to come together! The bustle and speed of the city left nearly no time for the staff of on campus publications like @tuskmagazine @procommcsuf @thedailytitan to rest, especially with once in a lifetime access to opportunities that could propel them to their futures!

Stay tuned for more on this story in ProComm Magazine’s upcoming 2nd release!

Service days and drives with Rotaract CSUF, promoted and documented.

As Communications Director of Rotaract CSUF, I’ve promoted and documented the club’s service work in its first year: a finals week drive collecting gifts and food for families in the Fullerton School District, a Pack-a-Box shift preparing food boxes for seniors at OC Food Bank, a hands-on day clearing invasive weeds at the Fullerton Arboretum with PACT and the Gilbert Community Center remodel with OC United and the Rotary Club of Fullerton.

Over spring break we volunteered at Radiant Futures’ Spring Fest, a domestic violence shelter’s community day, where I hosted the egg hunt.

Service day at the Fullerton Arboretum

@rotaractcsuf partnered with @pact.csuf for a hands‑on service day at the @arboretumatcsuf! Together, we spent the morning learning from staff and supporting the spaces that keep our campus ecosystem thriving!

Our teams cleared invasive weeds, explored the biome and gained a deeper understanding of how small actions protect the Arboretum’s environment.

The staff’s guidance made the experience both educational and rewarding.
