Happiness
To me happiness means fulfillment and emotions that improve your current state. In situations where I find myself happy I notice I feel butterflies in my stomach and I often want to tell all of my favorite people in my life what just happened. I think that I personally do relate happiness and excitement and this can be a negative thing in certain situations.
Basing my happiness on if I feel excited can often leave me feeling negative about myself. Putting such a high expectation in an emotion can make things feel very all or nothing. In my mind sometimes it's like “if I’m not jumping up and down happy then I start to question if I’m sad or angry. I sometimes can cause myself to over think about the situation, which can cause me to miss out on important aspects of my life. An improved version of this would be to stop putting such high expectations on my feelings and to just allow things to play out naturally.
To tell if I am improving on this topic I need to check myself everytime I overthink on my happiness and just remind myself that there is no way that I should be feeling and that I am in charge of my emotions.
Success
To me success means working hard for a goal and achieving it. Success is something that people must earn and to me achieving it has many different looks. Success can be as little as small victories and slowly getting ahead but it also means wealth and respect in a career field.
To improve on my ability to succeed, the best thing to do is to focus now and put in the time and effort to achieve my goal. I can’t allow myself to get held back by intrusive thoughts or negative notions.
Then, any positive steps toward a certain goal or achievements that I acquire would count as evidence to my success. Also, as mentioned above, physical wealth and the ability to do what you want can give you a clue also.
Wisdom
I think that wisdom is any knowledge that I have picked up throughout any experience in my life. Everything that happens to every individual shapes them and affects the way they react to things in the future and advice they give. Sometimes when you make a mistake you learn from it and improve but other times people make the same mistake repeatedly before realizing they need to improve.
To improve on wisdom it is important to be self-aware of my emotions and thoughts after encounters or experiences. Instead of overthinking in the moment it is best to review my emotions after the experience and be sure of how I feel in regards to it. This would result in overall better wisdom.
Evidence for this would probably be reassurance. When you start learning from mistakes and adapting to improve your situation you will see how your wisdom has improved. Personally I can see this because In my life I have experienced a lot of hardships and I notice that whenever I stumble upon something that could be difficult to navigate through everytime it gets easier.
